Our Programmes
Three Programmes, Each Built Around Your Family
From a simple coordination plan to daily afternoon companionship — each Damaira programme is shaped around one older relative and the household around them.

How We Put a Programme Together
Listen
We start with a conversation about your relative — their routine, their preferences, and what the household needs most.
Plan
We put a written support plan together — schedule, companion assignment, activities, and family update structure.
Begin
Sessions start on agreed days. Families receive updates as specified — end-of-day notes or monthly summaries.
Adjust
As circumstances change, we adapt. One call to our coordinator and the arrangement is updated without disruption.
Programme 01
Family Coordination & Information Service
For households juggling several relatives and responsibilities who want one clear point of organisation. We help families plan a steady support routine, gather useful local information, and keep everyone informed — so the household runs with less friction and more confidence.
The scope includes an initial planning session followed by ongoing coordination. A written support plan is produced, a shared family timeline is established, and a curated list of local community resources is provided for the household to keep.
- Initial planning session (approximately one hour)
- Written support plan for the household
- Shared family timeline all relatives can follow
- Curated local community resource list
- Ongoing coordination updates as needed
Best for: Families where the primary need is structure, written records, and having one clear coordination point for the household.
Programme 02
Social Engagement Programme
For families who want a fuller, more sociable weekly rhythm for an older relative. Each month, we arrange group activities, community outings, hobby circles, and festive gatherings to keep your loved one socially connected to the Johor Bahru community around them.
A companion accompanies your relative to each outing. The monthly calendar is shared with the family before the month begins, and a brief summary is provided at month's end so everyone stays in the picture.
- Monthly activity calendar arranged and shared in advance
- Companion accompaniment to every outing
- Community centre visits, hobby groups, seasonal gatherings
- Monthly summary report delivered to the family
- Activities selected around the individual's preferences
Best for: Older relatives who are socially capable and interested but whose week has become quieter than it should be.
Programme 03
Daytime Companionship Programme
For families who want their older relative to have warm, familiar company during working hours. Structured daytime sessions at home include conversation, light activities, shared meals, and gentle afternoon company — the same companion, on chosen days each week.
Each session follows an activity outline agreed with the family at the outset. At the end of every session, a brief note is sent to the family so that no one is left wondering how the day went.
- Scheduled daytime sessions on chosen days each week
- Same companion assigned to your relative throughout
- Activity outline and companion schedule agreed in writing
- Brief end-of-day note sent to family after each session
- Conversation, light activities, and shared meals included
Best for: Families whose older relative is home during working hours and would benefit most from consistent, in-person daytime company.
